  • Availability: The gift box add-on is available for all jewelry purchases. 

  • Cost: The service is offered at an additional cost of 20.000 VND, which will be added to your total order value. 

  • Customization: Each gift box comes with an option for a personalized message, which can be included at no extra charge. 

03  Packaging

  • Design: Our gift boxes are elegantly designed to complement the beauty of your jewelry purchase. 

  • Contents: Each box includes a soft jewelry pouch or cushion to ensure your item is securely placed and presented beautifully. 

05  Shipping

  • Same Shipment: Your gift box will be shipped together with your jewelry purchase in the same package. 

  • Processing Time: Please note that adding a gift box may add an additional [1-2 days] to the processing time of your order. 

02  How to Add a Gift Box

  • During Checkout: Simply select the "Add Gift Box" option during the checkout process. 

  • Personal Message: If you’d like to include a personal message, please enter it in the designated field during checkout.​

04  Returns and Refunds

  • Gift Box Non-Refundable: The gift box add-on is non-refundable and cannot be returned separately from the jewelry item. 

  • Exchanges: If the jewelry item is returned or exchanged, the cost of the gift box will not be refunded.
